At the Centro de Linguas, there are a number of level certification exams designed to meet students’ different needs: CertAcles exams, in-house exams from the Centro de Linguas, DELE (Instituto Cervantes), TOEFL and HSK (Confucius Institute).
In the present climate, it is very important to be able to operate in a foreign language and have the certificate which will certify your level. The certificate is often a requirement to complete an undergraduate course, or to get access to a Master’s degree, as well as a qualification which could give you an advantage in an employee selection process.
The University of Vigo, through the Centro de Linguas, provides a number of up-to-the-minute certification exams which are used in a wide range of organisations both in the domestic and international market.
The University of Vigo is a member of ACLES (Association of Language Centres in Higher Education), an organisation which constantly works towards the attainment of the highest quality of language learning and standardization of certification exams. CertAcles exams are approved by ACLES (Association of Language Centres in Higher Education) for English and Spanish.
