Working in collaboration with prestigious accreditation entities such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acles.es\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ACLES<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cambridgeenglish.org\/\">Cambridge Assessment English<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cervantes.es\/default.htm\">Instituto Cervantes<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ets.org\/toefl\">ETS TOEFL<\/a>, etc. We have, after 15 years, become a reference in language teaching and accreditation. Our primary purpose is to provide both general and specialized language training to the university community with the goal of improving the quality of learning and research and to make the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uvigo.gal\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Universidade de Vigo<\/a> a truly international institution. In addition to these general goals, we also&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>offer quality language courses, taught by highly-experienced teachers, to the university community and to the general public;<\/li>\n<li>teach courses of language and culture courses, in collaboration with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campusspain.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Campus Spain<\/a>, designed to help foreign students adapt to Spanish university life;<\/li>\n<li>design and teach on-demand training programs for professional communities working at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uvigo.gal\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Universidade de Vigo<\/a> and elswhere, such as EMI for university lectures;<\/li>\n<li>train prospective Spanish teachers;<\/li>\n<li>collaborate with public institutions in training programmes;<\/li>\n<li>give more than 900 accreditation exams every year;<\/li>\n<li>design, write and give CertAcles exams;<\/li>\n<li>design, write and give HELA exams for university lecturers who are interested in teaching in English;<\/li>\n<li>are an official examination centre of <a href=\"https:\/\/examenes.cervantes.es\/es\/dele\/que-es\">DELE<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ets.org\/toefl\">TOEFL iBT<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Centro de Linguas\u00a0was created in\u00a02004 to serve the modern language acquisition needs of the university and the communities associated with it.
